When used in conjunction with a compatible Garmin kid's wearable device, the Garmin Jr.™ app becomes a valuable tool for parents to monitor their children's activity and sleep patterns, manage chores and rewards, and encourage daily physical activity.

Parents can also utilize the app's text and voice messaging features to stay connected with their children when using an LTE-capable device. The location of their children can be tracked on the map within the Garmin Jr.™ app, with the ability to set boundaries and receive corresponding alerts. This ensures that communication is limited to only those individuals added as guardians, caregivers, or friends within the app.
