Description:

When used in conjunction with a compatible Garmin kid's wearable device, the Garmin Jr.™ app becomes a valuable tool for parents to monitor their children's activity and sleep patterns, manage chores and rewards, and encourage daily physical activity.

Parents can also utilize the app's text and voice messaging features to stay connected with their children when using an LTE-capable device. The location of their children can be tracked on the map within the Garmin Jr.™ app, with the ability to set boundaries and receive corresponding alerts. This ensures that communication is limited to only those individuals added as guardians, caregivers, or friends within the app.

The Parent Helper

<li>Celebrate individual accomplishments, such as reaching personal records for steps and active minutes.</li>
<li>Assign tasks and chores and reward their children when they are successfully completed.</li>
<li>Manage their child's device settings, including goals, alarms, icons, and display options.</li>
<li>Create challenges to motivate the entire family to engage in more physical activity.</li>
<li>Connect with other families for friendly competition through multi-family challenges.</li>
<li>Invite up to nine guardians and caregivers to participate within the family network.</li>
<li>Send text and voice messages directly to their child's compatible Garmin device.*</li>
<li>Track their child's location on the map.*</li>
<li>Receive notifications when their child enters or leaves designated family boundaries.*</li> 
<li>Receive notifications when children in the family request assistance from their compatible devices.</li>
